Welcome to PERE. By accessing and using our Service (referred to as "PERE" or "the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not access or use the Service.

PERE is a Production Engine for Revenue Expansion that provides a comprehensive suite of tools and services for video processing, content creation, and sales content production. The Service includes video editing tools, one-take content generation, AI-powered briefs, product management, and educational classes designed to help creators, affiliators, and brands scale their content production.

To access and use PERE, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Access to PERE requires a valid license and active subscription. When you purchase a subscription, you understand and agree that:

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service
• Your subscription is subject to the terms and pricing specified at the time of purchase
• License keys are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered user
• Subscriptions may be subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose that competes with our business
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

You own all content you upload, process, or create using PERE (we call this "User Content"). You retain full ownership and rights to your User Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service
• Use your User Content for technical and operational purposes

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and process such content.

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by PERE and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as specified in your subscription plan). By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have access to the Service until the subscription expires
• No refunds will be provided for the current billing period

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PERE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of PERE after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
